Auto Lunch Bunch (2026-08-15)

The Auto Lunch Bunch group is hosted by Ed Kemper. It's not a formal club, but rather a monthly gathering of automotive gearheads to talk about cars and take a close look at the featured cars on display and also listen to a guest speaker.

For August, the AMSCH has been asked to provide the featured cars in the front courtyard of Bob Bosley's Museum. I have three confirmed cars, but would like to line up one or two more as sometimes our old cars decide they don't want to go anywhere on a specific day. If you're interested, please email me at harryz@pobox.com

And, this event is open to everyone. So if you're interested in going, please do. Lunch is available for $10 - its usually Panda Express or pizza. Please let Ed know if you want lunch by emailing him at edracers@aol.com, and bring cash to pay for lunch.

Cruise to North Shore and Barbeque lunch (2026-08-16)

It's time for one of the AMSCH's favorite activities! Yes, that's right, it's a Cruise and Eating event.

We're going to end up at "This Lil Piggy" which is located inside Kō Hana Rum Distillers in Kunia. Take a look at their menu to figure out what you want to order. (And try not to drool over yourself while doing so).

If you (or your car) are not up to the cruise, please feel free to join us at This Lil Piggy. Either way, please help us prepare the restaurant for receiving our crowd of folks by filling out this form.

We'll start the day meeting at the NEX (Navy Exchange) parking lot at 8:30. Roll out will be at 9:00. Our route will take us over the H3 to the windward side and then north towards the north shore with rest / regroup stops at Kualoa Beach Park, and the Kahuku Sugar Mill. Finally we'll go through the North Shore and back down through Wahiawa and into Kunia for lunch.

The AMSCH General meeting is the last Tuesday of the month. We now have a new location for the meeting:

Ruby Tuesday - Moanalua Center, 930 Valkenburgh St Suite 211, Honolulu, HI 96818

We will be meeting in the patio on the right-hand side of the building as you approach the front door. On a Tuesday evening, this area is usually not busy, so we should have the patio to ourselves.

Please help support Ruby Tuesday by ordering something from the menu. We suggest that you arrive by 6:00 to place your order before the meeting begins at 6:30. We have been told we will get separate checks, but it doesn't hurt to bring some cash just in case.

Free parking is available in front and side of the building in a very well-lit parking lot.

August 2026 Cars & Coffee (2026-08-30)

The next Cars and Coffee will be held from 9:00 am - 11:00 am on Sunday, August 30th at Zippy's Waipahu, 94-180 Farrington Hwy, Waipahu

This is a new location for C&C, and there is limited parking. So you MUST register with Ohana Motorsports to reserve a spot. You can do that here.
